Sweet cheese pie


Let the pie sheets thaw.

We mix the cottage cheese with sour cream, sugar and cinnamon. If you like you can add raisins and a little rum essence.

Grease a non-stick pan, or yena bowl with butter and start preparing.

We take two sheets of pie on which we put about 3 tablespoons of the cheese composition, we spread the cheese on the entire surface of the sheets and we twist bringing the ends first in front so that the composition does not come out of the sheets. Place in the tray and do the same with the following sheets until we finish the cheese composition.

Beat the eggs with a fork and 2 tablespoons of sugar until they froth a little and add the sweet cream. Pour over the rolled sheets and put everything in the preheated oven at 180 degrees until everything is nicely browned.

Allow to cool and powder with powdered sugar.
