RECIPE PREPARATION Baked vegetables (fasting):

Cut potatoes and onions into 3 or 4, carrots and mushrooms and place them in a pan. Sprinkle oil, spices to taste (do not skimp on salt because potatoes pull salt) and add water. Cover and put in the oven. Stir every 10 minutes.
