We clean the potatoes and wash them. Then cut them into cubes and boil them with a little salt.

Meanwhile, prepare the yeast mayonnaise, warm milk and sugar.

Drain the water from the potatoes, add 50 margarine and crush them. After we grind them well, we set aside to start the dough.

Sift the flour, sprinkle salt on top and a tablespoon of sugar and mix. Then make a hole in the middle, add mayonnaise and another tablespoon of margarine. Mix a little mayonnaise with flour and turn over the potatoes. And we start kneading until an elastic dough results, if it is still sticky, we add more flour. At the end, add all the dough with a little oil poured on top and knead for about 2 minutes and leaven until it doubles in volume.

We flour the work table and form balls and then we round them with our hands. Put a cake on the hot plate and fry it on both sides, then take them out on a clean towel and wrap them.

Do the same with the rest of the dough.

Uncover the dough and divide it into 6-8 equal balls. Cover them with a towel and let them rest for another 10 minutes.

Go back to the potatoes. Cut them into cubes or put them on a grater and put them in a bowl. Over them, add finely peeled and finely chopped onion. you can also add a little parsley or dill. Add salt to taste and mix.

Take a ball of dough. Lay it on the work table in a suitable square sheet. Put 1-2 tablespoons of the potato and onion mixture in the middle and start folding the cake in several places, creating more corners. Squeeze them on top of each other until you get a package, then a round shape.
