  • 2 kg of potatoes
  • 1 large or 2 small carrots
  • 2 onions
  • oil
  • salt
  • pepper
  • tomato paste
  • tender
  • 3 peasant sausages
  • dill

RECIPE PREPARATION Student stew:

The secret to this stew .... it's no secret .... put what you have ..

The potatoes are crushed, washed and cut into large cubes, the carrot cubes the same and the onion the same. Cut the sausages into slices and brown them in oil, then the carrot and onion. After soaking, add the potatoes and water. When they are almost ready, add salt and let the tomato paste boil, add it gently. after stopping and putting the chopped dill.

  • 3 zucchini (700 g)
  • 2 medium onions
  • 2-3 cloves of garlic
  • 400 g tomato pulp
  • 4-5 tablespoons oil
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • a bay leaf
  • dill

We wash and clean the vegetables. We chop the onion bigger, we cut the garlic and the zucchini into cubes or slices, of our choice.

Heat the olive oil in a saucepan and heat the onion and garlic until soft over medium-low heat. Add a little salt, it will remove the water from the onion and it will not burn.

Add the zucchini slices and cook until they start to soften slightly. Do not mix excessively, so as not to crush the zucchini.

Add the tomato pulp, salt and pepper to taste and a cup of water.

*If using fresh tomatoes, peel them and grind them in a blender.

Cover the bowl and cook until the pumpkins have softened. Do not boil too much, the pumpkins should be soft but still crispy.

When ready, add the chopped dill.

Eat simple stew or with a piece of grilled spicy chicken breast. It is absolutely delicious, good appetite!

Vegetables are washed, cleaned and cut into slices or cubes, as desired. The tomatoes are left whole. If we want, we peel them first, scalding them a little in boiled water.

Heat the oil in a saucepan. Put the vegetables, crushed garlic, except the tomatoes. Mix well, add salt and pepper and pour the tomato juice. Simmer over low heat until all vegetables are tender.

At the end, put the tomatoes and turn off the heat.

Put the stew in the oven for 30 minutes.

Preparation Stew of chicken and chicken hearts

I rinsed the organs in cold water and drained them in a strainer. I checked the pipettes to be well cleaned of the thick membrane inside. I chopped the onions and hardened them in oil with a pinch of salt. I made sure it didn't burn but just soften and become translucent.

I cut the pepper into cubes and added it to the pan. I hardened it for a few minutes until it softened.

I then added the pipettes and hearts and seasoned everything with salt and pepper. I let them simmer in the hardened onions and then I turned off everything with 2 large cups of hot water.

Now I put the sweet paprika. I never put paprika in hot oil because it burns and becomes indigestible.

Careful! Tomatoes are NOT added to this stew (fresh, broth or canned) because they strengthen the meat very much!

How much does stew of chicken and chicken hearts boil?

Pipette stew and chicken hearts need enough liquid to boil. I partially covered the pan with a lid and set the fire to medium. From now on, it takes about 75-90 minutes until the pipettes and hearts are cooked. I occasionally stirred in the pan. If the liquid drops too much it must be filled with 1/2 cup of water.

If you have kukta (pressure cooker) you can move everything in it. Close it and time it for about 45 minutes from the moment it starts to bandage.

It is best to test (taste) a heart and a pipette to see if they are cooked and tender. How good this food smells and what a nice red sauce it has!


POTATO STEW WITH SMOKED SAUSAGES

A recipe simple and always appreciated by us, delicious and very easy to prepare,potato stew with smoked sausages .I ate it with great appetite with a simple tomato salad, but I will definitely do it again when the first round of assorted pickles is ready.

  • 1.5 kg of white potatoes
  • 350-400 g smoked sausages
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 small red bell pepper (or two tablespoons of capsicum paste)
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 3-4 tablespoons of oil
  • pepper, dried thyme
  • parsley

Method of preparation potato stew with smoked sausages

Put the oil in a saucepan and brown the smoked sausages. Take them out on a plate and, in the same oil, heat the onion over low heat until soft, add the finely chopped red pepper or pepper paste and paprika.

Put the sausages back in the pan, add the washed, cleaned and diced potatoes, salt and pepper, add a little dried thyme. Cover with water and cook over medium heat until the potatoes are soft.

At the end, add the chopped parsley. We eat hot stew with pickles or various salads. Enjoy!

Ingredients for the recipe for Pipote stew with onions and peppers

  • -500 g pipote
  • -150 ml of tomato juice
  • -2 large onions
  • -1 pepper
  • -50 ml oil
  • -1 teaspoon sweet paprika
  • -a bay leaf
  • -salt
  • -pepper
  • -parsley

Preparation for the recipe of Tocanita de pipote with onion and pepper

Wash the pipettes very well and boil them in water with a little salt. We leave them on the fire until they are half cooked. During cooking, we always remove the foam that forms because we will use the soup later for the stew.
When the pipettes are half cooked, we take them out and let them drain very well, and we stop the soup.

Onion sauce with tomatoes and peppers

While the pipettes are draining, chop the julienned onion and put it in the 50 ml of oil that I heated in a saucepan. Let the onion soften and add the pipettes over it, heat them together for about 2-3 minutes after which we can add the diced pepper, bay leaf, paprika, pepper, tomato juice and part of the soup so that the liquid covers the pipettes. Match the taste with salt, mix well and put the pan in the preheated oven for about 25 minutes.

I chose to transfer the stew to a yena tray. I left it in the oven until the sauce thickened, I took out the tray and sprinkled parsley on top.

If your family is larger you can double the amount of ingredients. It is a quick, delicious and easy to make stew.
