The consistency of the composition should be sticky, easy to shape. If you notice that it is too dry and you cannot form balls from it, add a few more dates. If it is too soft, add more ground walnuts.

When you have obtained the desired texture, shape the dough into a suitable large ball shape. You can give them at the end with coconut, grated lemon or various seeds.

If you can't find organic lemons, use lemon essence or lemon essential oil for internal use (make sure it's not for external use).

If you don't have almonds or cashews, use Romanian nuts and / or hazelnuts.
