Dessert biscuits with two-tone almonds
Beat the butter with the sugars until creamy. Add the almond powder and incorporate the flour.
Put the cocoa at the end and mix lightly by pressing the dough on the floured work surface. Let the dough cool for 30 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
Remove the dough and spread a sheet.
Form the biscuits into shapes and place them on plates covered with baking paper.
Bake for 12-15 minutes.
Remove the biscuits and sprinkle powdered sugar on top when they are still hot.
I decorated it with edible gold paint.
